What is required to sign up for Ez-Statements?
• You need to be an online banking user.
• You need an active email address to sign up for Ez-Statements, so you can be notified when your statement is ready to be viewed.
Can I sign-up for Ez-Statements for my savings account?
• If your savings account currently appears on your combined statement, there will be no change.
• If you receive a separate savings statement, these are not currently available for Ez-statements but will be in the future.
Why can’t I sign my checking account up for Ez-Statements? It tells me that the primary account holder does not have an email address.
The Primary Account holder needs a valid email address on their port/account in order for either the second or third name line to enroll the account. The reason for this is because the Primary Account holder is notified by email that the account has been enrolled in Ez-Statements and that they will no longer be receiving paper statements. However, the person that enrolled will be receiving the monthly emails notifying them that their statement is ready.
I was prompted to enroll in Ez-Statements and clicked “Ask Me Later”, how long does the system wait to ask me again?
