Enter WMSB Account Number followed by the # sign

  • PRESS 1 – If the account you entered is a Checking account
  • PRESS 2 – If the account you entered is a Savings account
  • PRESS 3 – If the account you entered is a Certificate of Deposit
  • PRESS 4 – If the account you entered is a Loan
  • PRESS 9 for Previous Menu

Enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN) followed by the # sign  (This is the last 4 digits of your social security or tax identification number.)

  • PRESS 1 for Checking Information (Lists Checking Accts to Choose from)
  • PRESS 2 for Savings Information (Lists Savings Accts to Choose from)
  • PRESS 3 for Loan Information (Lists Loans to Choose from)
  • PRESS 4 Leave a Message
  • PRESS 5 Change your PIN
  • PRESS 9 for Main Menu

Checking Information:

  • PRESS 1 for Balance Information/Last Deposit
  • PRESS 2 for Transaction History
  • PRESS 3 to Transfer Funds
  • PRESS 4 to Make a Payment
  • PRESS 5 for Other Checking Account Functions
    • PRESS 1 for Interest Information
    • PRESS 2 to Order Checks
    • PRESS 3 to Stop Payment on a Check
    • PRESS 9 to Return to the Previous Menu
  • PRESS 9 for Previous Menu

Savings Information:

  • PRESS 1 for Balance Information/Last Deposit
